Although we have come to realise the value of retaining current customers, we must also understand that a constant stream of new customers is an essential part of growing our business!

This course is designed to demonstrate how to prospect for success and track down these 'new customers' (or prospects) through practical means.

The material presented will provide a foundation for establishing a reliable and replicable pattern of prospecting activity that will provide consistent results in identifying and attracting new business opportunities to maintain the sales pipeline.

A strong desire to grow your business through innovative and practical means, using research and target prospect profiling methods. In part of the workshop practical use of a Customer Relationship Management package is demonstrated therefore those attending this course should have a basic understanding of database use.

All courses are run from our Brunswick office in Melbourne.

Course costs are $395.00 + GST per participant.

Courses start at 9:00am and finish at 4:30pm.
