This course is designed to provide small business owners and operators the requirements for effective selling. This module is designed to train the participants in the basics of selling through practical means and on the basis that in small business (particularly sole traders) we are all sales people!

Until we realise this and practice effective selling methods we may not be as successful as we could be in our business. The material presented will provide a foundation for understanding the basics of selling and how to apply this in small business.

Pre-requisites:
Anyone who wants to increase business with customers (new and existing) and have a systematic approach that will enhance their chances of selling success.

Must be keen to be challenged with new concepts, and learn and experiment with new ideas and processes. Must be willing to participate in ‘role-play selling’ in an interactive and friendly workshop environment.

Course Details:
All courses are run from our Brunswick office in Melbourne.

Course costs are $395.00 + GST per participant.

Courses start at 9:00am and finish at 4:30pm.

Course duration one day.
